From the first drawto the last certificate.
SportsTMS runs a season end to end — registration, the draw, the order of play, scores as they happen, the standings and the certificates. Built for sports associations, corporate leagues and the bodies that oversee them.

Every sport keeps its own rules
Most systems give you one generic scoreboard and leave the rest to a spreadsheet. Here each sport is scored the way it is actually played, so the app refuses a score the sport cannot produce — and the tables built from those results can be trusted.
How each sport is scored- Box cricket
- Ball by ball — runs, extras and wickets, with an undo
- Football
- Goals, and who scored each one
- Badminton
- Game by game, deuce handled, ceiling enforced
- Volleyball
- Sets, with the deciding set scored short
- Table tennis
- Game by game to eleven, win by two
- Pickleball
- Singles and doubles, serve-side scoring
- Carrom
- Points to the target board
- Chess
- Win, loss, or a draw with the tie-break
Four people, four views of the same season
Each account shows what that job needs and nothing else, so a whole season can run in parallel without anyone treading on anyone.

League office
One account, every city
Creates the season, builds the draw once for a whole sport, moves a match and everything after it moves too.
City coordinator
One city
Registers their colleagues, approves the entries, picks the squads and appoints the people who will score.
Scorer
One sport, one device
Scores at the court on a phone. Each sport knows its own rules, so a game cannot be recorded that cannot happen.
Player
The mobile app
Sees when and where they play, the code that checks them in, and their own results once the match is done.
The table settles the argument
Three points a win, one a draw. Group tables build themselves as results come in, for every city and every category, and the record boards follow — most runs, most wickets, most sixes, top scorers.
Standings and records| # | Team | P | W | D | L | GF | GA | GD | Pts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Ridgeway Sports Club | 3 | 2 | 1 | 0 | 9 | 6 | +3 | 7 |
| 2 | Harbour United | 3 | 2 | 0 | 1 | 5 | 3 | +2 | 6 |

| 4 | Meridian Club | 3 | 0 | 0 | 3 | 8 | 12 | −4 | 0 |
Top two go through to the semi-finals.
What the platform covers
From the day registration opens to the day the certificates go out.
- Registration
- Entries arrive by form or by scanning a code, and land with the right city to be checked.
- The draw
- Set the rules once. Groups, knockouts and byes are generated for a whole sport at a time.
- Scheduling
- Nobody in two sports is asked to be in two places. Late entries are absorbed without redrawing.
- Live scoring
- Ball by ball for cricket, game by game for the racket sports, goals and scorers for football.
- Boards and screens
- A court screen set up once on a television keeps itself current for the rest of the day.
- Standings
- Group tables at three points a win, plus record boards for runs, wickets, sixes and goals.
- Certificates
- Participation and winners’ certificates issued for a tournament once its results are in.
- Your own website
- Each association gets a public site on its own address, in its own colours and logo.
From the people running seasons
We ran four state meets in one season without a single spreadsheet going round on email.
The scorers picked it up at the court in about ten minutes. That was the part I was worried about.
Certificates used to take us three weeks after an event. They now go out the same week.
Bring us your season
Tell us the sports, the venues and roughly how many people. We set up a working tenant with your own data so you can see the real thing, not a slideshow.
